Bad Wolf

I love Dr. Who almost as much as bacon….so when this tardis with poses came out I was over the moon!  Much like anything nautical, I am a sucker for anything Doctor Who related.  I haven’t had much chance to go out and go shopping lately because I have had my hands tied building and setting up the new stores in Jenner.  I am so excited about this new project that I simply am dying to show it off…but its not quite finished!  Almost done though, just a few small setbacks and now we are back on track so hopefully soon!  In the meantime both xX Second Star and Wolf&I have group gifts out both gorgeous, and everyone should honestly join their groups as they are stores to keep an eye on they look fantastic!

Thanksgiving goodies!

So first off, HURRY BACK SMASHYPOO! Smash’s comp just had a serious meltdown and IM flailing cause shes mah rock in getting stuff done sooo while I’m thinkin about it I wanted to show off the FREE gift at her store!  Also free in this pic are my shoes the slink add-ons to her feet that too is a group gift, so many awesome goodies out there!  The excitement of getting things sooo near completion has got me running around like a chicken with no head. Oh, that and its nearly Christmas! woot!

Finding the beauty within

There’s one thing that I will be eternally grateful to second life for…and that is over the years…it has molded my thoughts on beauty.  I spent so many years knowing people before seeing what they looked like, that I developed a special sense of beauty.  That is, being able to see the good inside a person before ever making face to face contact to judge them differently.  That I am inspired by folks whose hearts shine brighter than perhaps their smile in real life, but it doesn’t matter because their hearts shine so bright it overshadows their outward appearance.  That said, being able to perceive how one’s heart truly is there are those with ugly hearts as well, but that is true everywhere.  Where do YOU find beauty? I find beauty in a caring gesture after one is hurt, beauty in time given to heal others wounds whether they be emotional or physical. I  find beauty in the rain, and in the clouds, and in the setting sun.  Take a moment out of your rushed lives to look around you, and find beauty where you may not have seen it before.

Find Your Courage

No one taught me, or showed me where it was….it was just a natural progression in personal growth to take that extra step and stand up for myself.  To be honest, it felt incredibly good to be one move further from being pushed around.  It puts a smile on my face that I have come so far, even though it took a long time to get here.  So I stand today, on top of the world.  I look over the vast city spread out before me and even though I shudder, it is not from fear but merely a reaction to the chill in the air.

I know myself, and my surroundings, and I am incredibly loved.  I have to thank the people who do, because I know it is not easy to love me, but they make it seem so effortless.  My ability to grow, and to take steps is a result of being able to love them all back as fiercely as they love me.  I feel lucky to have found such wonderful people to accept me for all that I am, my darkness along with my light. So naturally I have to give them props for helping me feel on top of the world. D, Baldi, Keri, Amy, Tek, Tim, Phae, Emm….you will always have a place in my heart.

Aloha!

Anyone who knows me knows the minute I saw this suit I HAD TO HAVE THEM ALLLLL! Thankfully, several ims, and a bunch of lindens handed over later, i DID! Sittin’ on the dock of the bay..

I was imed recently by a lady with some questions about arcade gacha…and we got to talking and I discovered she makes these lovely swimwear and that she also makes awesome lola tango appliers to go along with a lot of them! So I had to get one to show it off to you all and gush heaps of compliments and urge you all to discover her store as well!  Im much impressed! Let me tell you todays blog post was difficult as I really wanted to show off my new miamai floaties as well but there was literally NO WAY to take a pic with these lolas and be on the floatie without looking completely ridiculous! SOooo i gave up and did a pic on the dock instead! enjoy!

It’s a lovely day out

Just another beautiful day at Lennon Park…Its a nice place to relax after a grueling day hauling around 2 kids for 4 hours at a mall one of whom is autistic.  I’d say more, but my brain has shut down and I think I’ve nearly lost the will to live 😛  Anyhoo…enjoy the piccies I loved puttin em together for ya’ll!Outfit:
